La Petite Médina

The house features a spacious and welcoming living room with a comfortable seating area, television, and private bar. The modern open-plan kitchen with a large island is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, and Tassimo coffee machine. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, while a spacious bedroom (via an indoor bridge) with an en-suite bathroom is situated on the first floor.

Outside
The outdoor area has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The fully enclosed 200 m² garden provides plenty of privacy and a safe environment for the whole group. The covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings around the large dining table. It is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, parasols, and a plancha grill for enjoyable meals outdoors.

The private swimming pool is the centrepiece of the garden. Sun loungers surround the pool, and an outdoor shower is available for added convenience. Here, you can fully enjoy the French sunshine in a peaceful and well-maintained setting.

La Petite Médina is peacefully located in the village of Saint-Martin-Petit. A bakery, small grocery shop, and restaurant can be found just 5 kilometres away. A larger supermarket is also within easy reach.
The Lot-et-Garonne region is renowned for its beautiful landscapes, charming villages, and excellent gastronomy. From the house, you can enjoy scenic walks and cycling routes or explore the many local markets, vineyards, and historic sites. An ideal base for discovering the authentic charm of France.
