Experience the charm of Amsterdam from our centrally located two-bedroom apartment, with stunning Amstel River views. Just blocks away from the InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam Hotel, our spacious and convenient flat ensures a comfortable stay near the heart of the city.

Our spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is well-suited for those who require a dedicated workspace. It is an ideal choice for families of four or individuals visiting the city for both work and leisure.

Please note that the second bedroom/office is connected to the master bedroom, requiring passage through the master bedroom for access.

The living room features a comfortable couch and three chairs, along with a large screen TV that provides access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, Disney, CNN, Fox, and more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, including a milk frother, an Aarke soda machine, a blender, a kettle, and all the utensils necessary for preparing a homemade meal.

The master bedroom offers a double bed and a pleasant view of the back patio and garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

You will have access to the entire apartment.

I will be off premise but will always be available to answer questions through the Airbnb App.

Our apartment is conveniently situated across the street from the picturesque Amstel River. Nestled in a peaceful and historic neighborhood, it offers a tranquil atmosphere while still being within walking distance to the vibrant center of Amsterdam.

Within close proximity, you'll find supermarkets, shopping options, a variety of restaurants, charming cafes, and lively bars, ensuring that you have everything you need right at your doorstep.

Exploring the city is effortless, as most points of interest are within a comfortable 5 to 20-minute walk from the apartment. Additionally, convenient access to tram and metro stations makes it easy to venture further and discover all that Amsterdam has to offer.
We want you to have an amazing stay, but we also ask that you respect our property and the neighbors. Please follow these house rules:

1. Please respect the check-in and check-out time.
2. No parties or large gatherings allowed.
3. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am.
4. No illegal substances or activities allowed.
5. No smoking anywhere in the apartment.
6. No pets allowed.
7. Please be careful not to damage the furnishings or ornaments.
8. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment and
before you checkout.
9. Please take care to close windows and lock the door securely behind you
when you’re not in.
10. Please wash your dishes.
11. Please take out the trash when you leave.
