"Not An Upscale Retreat"

This house was ok, the main reason for staying here was the location and pool. We booked tickets for Six Flags and Raging Waters, the location was ideal for our group of 2 adults and 5 kids, ages 10-17, they enjoyed the pool but the house is dated and in need of remodeling. Scuffed walls, sagging mattresses , old carpet, worn cabinets, cigarette holes in sofa upholstery, water stains on armchair, worn counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen. There were ants crawling around in the kitchen, and in each of the 3 bathrooms, ants were coming in through cracks in the door, seams in the walls, and up through the sink. I mentioned the ant issue to Zack he said he hadn't received any complaints previous to us and nothing from the guests after us, he's not physically there managing the property he checks in with the cleaners if there are any issues, according to the cleaners they didn't see any ants, I mentioned I had pictures and video of the ants , there were also 2 full cans of ant spray under the kitchen sink this clearly indicates previous guests had issues with ants! Again the house was ok it met our needs but if you're looking for a nice upscale, retreat style home this is not it. Description and photos are not completely accurate.

Wonderful!

The property was just as described! The property manager was a joy to work with. We forgot a few items when we left and he immediately looked for them and shipped them to us! The neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located to all of our needs. The home was very clean. I would highly recommend this property!

Pleasant experience

We enjoyed staying in this house for a weekend friend group reunion. It was plenty spacious for our needs and the pool and hot tub were great. The host communicated very frequently.

Beautiful house is a gorgeous neighborhood

My kiddos absolutely loved this property. It has plenty of room for everyone along with a pool and hot tub. It was close to the things we needed and really convenient to get to. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property was very clean. The area was very nice. My grandchildren were a liitle dissapointed that the pool was too cold to swim in. The hot tub was nice but you had to text the owner to turn it on. Overall nice stay for a three day weekend.

Great Place to stay- But Hot Tub was not working

It’s a great house, I stayed with my Family for 4 days and it was great common area and kitchen. We expected the hot tub to be working - but clearly didn’t work everyday. The landlord tried to fix it, but remained the same everyday. Not fully satisfied with stay because of this part. This could have been addressed before checkin but didn’t happen.

Very spacious and nice layout. Kitchen very nicely designed. Perfect for 6 people, might be good for 8 as well. Ample space to park cars. Could benefit from more comfortable seating area outdoors, although great layout for dining outside.Quiet neighborhood. Owner extremely helpful and engaged, very quick to reply to enquirers. California dreaming

Had a GREAT vacay!!! The house was in a good location, was big and had very nice pool. Internet was messing up because plug wasn't plugged in when we got there so for first two out of three days couldn't use jacuzzi and lights to pool didn't come on at night. The only bath tub in house didn't have any hot water so no soaking in jacuzzi or tub majority of stay! Bed in guest room was broke so my family had to put mattress on floor when they wanted to go to sleep. Planned on BBQing during stay but grill was completely rusted out so that didn't happen. Got a message last night there from host saying if I wished to extend my stay I could but when I said I would like to they told me the house was already booked and I couldn't stay any longer which was confusing and upsetting. Even though location was good they advertised it as being no more than 20 minutes from sites a to be seen and parks nut instead it took at least 30-50 minutes to everything due to traffic all day everyday.

Family vacation

The family wanted to spend some days together and relax by swimming and being the jacuzzi. That was great. The kitchen was large so we all managed to work around each other. They even provided toys for the pool. Most of the time we stayed in the water. Great vacation!

weekend adventure

It was discovered an hour before checkin that a water heater had busted and flooded one of the bedrooms. Due to the short notice, no fault of theirs, we could not find other accomodations that suited our needs. Thankfully we were allowed to still stay there knowing it was one bedroom and hot water in half the house out of commission. The unfortunate thing was the smell from the flooded room lingered into two of the other bedrooms a bit. The house was spacious and comfortable. The pool was very enjoyable. The hot tub wasn't working the first two days sadly but the last night it was. The communication was great. We were always informed of when the carpet cleaners and plumbers were going to be there. Our family of five went to enjoy a virtual graduation together and we did just that :)

Woodland Hill’s

Great property.. owner was super responsive to all requests, pool was great.. beds were okay... the only one thing I would recommend is more Tv’s.. there is only one Tv in the living room this may work for some people but for families traveling with little ones like us, who were traveling with a 1 year old, 3 year old, and two teen boys it was quite difficult, We had to actually go to Target to buy a Tv and returned it at the end of our stay. The location is very convenient, close to highways and stores. My family and I enjoyed our stay
