- KITCHENETTE with small peninsula and stools, gas hob, dining area with dining table and chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside table, wall wardrobe, split A/C;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY with access from the living room equipped with chairs and a small table.
