Circe Studio Sea View is a little corner of paradise, located right in the heart of Ortigia, full of all comforts. On the terrace overlooking the sea, you can sunbathe or enjoy a drink cuddled by the music of the waves breaking on the shore, the terrace is shared, has a dedicated area for the exclusive use of guests. There is a small beach a few steps from the house "Cala Rossa". You can walk and explore on foot the entire islet of Ortigia. You will have the entire apartment all renovated, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, WI-FI, TV and everything you need to cook. There is also the 'use of a shared terrace, facing the sea with an area dedicated exclusively to guests. The area is full of craft stores, clubs, places where you can eat good fish. The terrace and common use with the other neighbors. Obviously has a dedicated area for the exclusive use of guests. Composed of an umbrella, table, chairs, clothesline.. City Tax: 4.0 % per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
