Sarah & Steve, both recent retirees from careers in nursing and bio-technology, started their short term holiday let business in 2024. Both love meeting new people and enabling guests to enjoy their stunning apartment and location.

Why they chose this property

Sarah & Steve have lived at the location for 16 years. It's unique selling point was the fact that it's situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty but only an hour away from London and nearby to market towns, quaint villages, the City of Canterbury and the coast - including the channel ports.

What makes this property unique

Cannister Hall Apartment is entirely self-contained with a fully spec'd kitchen. It has its own entrance, secure gating and ample parking. The hosts are on hand for as much or as little as you need, respecting your privacy and comfort. They offer free lifts locally when they can ie. to and from Selling and Chilham railway stations (with links to London, Canterbury, Faversham and the Kent coast) and to local vineyards at Domaine Evremond, Chartham Vineyard and Brenley Wine.

The Apartment is bespoke and pristine with a bright living/dining area overlooking countryside through a juliet balcony. Access to the kitchen, shower-room and bedroom 1 are off the central living/dining area. A media wall with Smart TV separates bedroom one from the living/dining area.

Bedroom 1 has fine views through a second juliet balcony across orchards and surrounding countryside that can be seen from your sumptuous king size bed. There is a sofa-bed available in the living area on request. .
