Idyllic, recently renovated gîte on private domaine. Surrounded by vineyards, pine woods, olive groves and garrigue. Beautiful views. A multitude of walks start at the front door. 2 double bedrooms and, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, living room and petit salon. Private pool 6x3 and large garden. Terrace with wooden dining table and chairs, BBQ. All linen provided, onsite parking, drying area for washing, bike storage. Fibre throughout the gîte. Carcassonne airport 25 minutes away, Toulouse 1 hour, Béziers 1 hour.

One of the showers unuseable . pool very small .Location very remote.when using Google maps travel through Trebes only.no microwave no vacuum cleaner.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the area whilst driving down the motorway towards Toulouse and seeing the snow capped peaks of the Pyrenees in the distance. Here, you’re an hour away from the coast, airports, mountains, large towns and only 90 minutes from the Spanish border.

What makes this property unique

A comfortable recently renovated old house with its own garden and pool. The surrounding area is quite beautiful. Peace and quiet guaranteed.
