Lovely stay

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Quimper. Annie Le Gac is a lovely host and nothing is too much bother. The apartment is really well equipped, light and very spacious with lots of information about places to visit in the area. Quimper is a beautiful town and there are so many places to visit only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend staying in this accommodation, parking can be tricky outside as there are only 3/4 spaces but there is plenty of free parking just a short walk from the flat.

Great Apartment with Fabulous Outlook!

We loved staying in this apartment. It's bright and airy and was more spacious than we were expecting. The location is marvellous. Just down the stairs to the old part of town with everything so close by. Windows open out to reveal the happy hum of town and our two boys were very impressed with all the crêperies in the square below! Parking was easy enough once we got used to it - a short walk up the hill to the free car park or a little further up the hill if it was full. Annie met us at the apartment and was kind and helpful. Great stay in the city!

Large and bright apartment

The apartment's location is excellent. Right in the old city. It is very spacious with high ceilings and lots of windows. The kitchen is a good size and well stocked. We cooked dinners for 4 nights. It is an older building with wooden floors so sound does carry between the units but there are only 3 units in the building and the neighbours were quiet. You have to take stairs to the 2nd floor but the stairs are wide and well lit. Free parking is a 5 minute walk away. We always found a parking spot but sometimes we had to wait for someone to leave. There are spaces for 340 cars so the wait was never long.

Fabulous apartment in the best location

There aren't enough superlatives to adequately describe this property or its owner. You couldn't ask for a better location - right next to the pedestrianized section of the old town, a short two minute walk to the covered market (where you could buy just about anything you need/want), and a short walk to a free public parking lot. The apartment was bright and roomy and quiet. The views out the windows were beautiful. The kitchen was almost as well stocked as our kitchen at home. (The apartment even had detergent for the washer/dryer.) Everything was first rate. The apartment was well maintained. The furnishings were more than adequate. Annie was very helpful in explaining things. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone; it was one of the best we have stayed in.

We spent six nights in Annie's holiday apartment, which is located right in the old town, at the beginning of June. Unfortunately, the only possible access to the house was blocked due to major construction work on Rue Verdelet. So we had to unload the car at the free Tourbie car park and carry our luggage almost 300 metres to the apartment. The same thing happened in reverse when we left, with Rue Elie Freron rising steeply to the car park. That's no fun when you're a bit older.The apartment has three large, bright rooms plus a kitchen. Some of the furniture (e.g. the bedroom wardrobe) is a little out of shape, and some of the kitchen equipment looks a bit mismatched. The apartment was clean, but the shower had some unsightly black spots in the corners, which we would not have expected in the otherwise beautiful apartment. There was no soap in the soap dispensers in the toilet and only a little soap left in the bathroom. We found it particularly unpleasant that there was almost no toilet paper. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves. This is not standard for a 3-star holiday apartment. The building is relatively noisy. You can hardly hear voices, but you can hear footsteps and stomping from the apartment above.The apartment's location, so central in the traffic-calmed old town, is a real plus. All the sights are just around the corner.Beautiful destinations in the region can also be reached in a good half hour.

L'appartement est très bien situé en centre ville ; (mais pas toujours simple de stationner dans Quimper...) Le logement vaste, clair et bien équipé mériterait néanmoins un peu de maintenance

Appartement lumineux et très bien placé !

Excellent séjour passé à Quimper dans l’appartement d’Annie. On ne peut pas faire mieux placé que ça.. et en même temps au calme ! Le parking gratuit à 200m est un vrai plus. L’appartement est lumineux, spacieux et très très bien équipé tant au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine que des épices / huiles. Annie est une gîte agréable et serviable. Nous recommandons ++ ! :)

Super Lage in der Altstadt von Quimper. Ruhige und schöne Wohnung. Zentral gelegen zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Toller Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Parken kein Problem. Vermieterin war nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns auf den ersten Blick verliebt in die helle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung an der ar Barzh Kadiou mitten im sehr schönen historischen Zentrum von Quimper. Sie war ausserdem der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, ans Meer ... und alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus, nota bene! Wir haben die vier Wochen rundum genossen. Great location, yet quiet and spacious

This is a good choice. It isn't the most imaginative decorative space, but everything works fine, it's spacious, and despite being in the middle of the old town (with 7 Creperies within 50 metres!) it is very quiet. So I think it's a really good choice as a holiday flat.

Anni le Gacs Wohnung verschönert Regentage

Die sehr schöne, überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr gut ausgestattete Altstadtwohnung mit Flair bot uns immer wieder eine willkommene Zuflucht vor dem Regen. Quimper erlebten wir als sehr schöne, lebendige, vielfältige Stadt - die Wohnung liegt mittendrin. Mitten im historischen Herz der Bretagne

Ein wunderschön restauriertes, historisches Haus in der eleganten und an diesem Ort sehr ruhigen Altstadt von Quimper. Man fühlt sich augenblicklich wohl und fast wie zu Hause in der sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung von Annie le Gac. Nach jedem unserer vielen Ausflüge freuten wir uns jedes Mal erneut auf's "Heimkommen". Quimper ist ein absolutes Muss als Reiseziel. Sehr vornehm, viele interessante Baulichkeiten, Museen, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Menschen sehr gelassen und freundlich. Dazu eine angenehme Gastgeberin!

Moderne helle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr guter zentrumsnaher Lage ist sowohl für einen kürzeren als auch längeren Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. In etwa 200 m Entfernung von der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz, so dass auch das Abstellen des Autos kein Problem sein dürfte. Eine überaus freundliche Vermieterin rundet das durchweg positive Bild ab..

Schöne Wohnung

Leider war das WC und der Küchenboden nicht sauber gereinigt. Die WC Tür war defekt. Der Wasserkocher war innen schwarz. Bei der Dusche sollte man unten umbedingt neue Silikondichtungen anbringen.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat am Ankunftstag wegen Verspätung der Airline bis 22:00 abends auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist nur wenige MInuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung liegt in perfekter Lage. Sie hat alles was man braucht (eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, im Bad eine Waschmaschine). Nachts absolute Ruhe. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man in der Altstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Speiselokalen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spacious apartment in a great location

Large, bright two bedroom corner apartment in Quimper's old town which I thought represented excellent value for money. The owner Annie, was most hopeful assisting us with our rental car replacement (at one stage even offering to drive us 60 kms to Lorient to collect our new car). Comfortable beds and very quiet of an evening. Free parking is located 250m away although you can get your car into load/ unload your luggage.

Perfect apartment, perfect location

We were so happy to have been able to stay in this apartment. Annie helped us and generously left information and useful items for us. The apartment is perfectly located to access the centre of town. The space is open and bright and nicely furnished. We would love to stay there again.

I bought this apartment in 2012 for seasonal rental accommodation. This apartment is entirely renovated and updated according the standards. After my career in Paris area I moved to Quimper in 2011 to get a better life quality. So I will available for the arrivals and departures of my hosts.
