Cae’n Y Coed Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen including an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a sitting area with a woodburning stove, along with an additional sitting room with a TV, DVD player, and CD player/radio, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite bath, a shower over, and two doubles, along with a bathroom with a bath, and a ground-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with a lawn and furniture, off-road parking for two cars and EV charging at an extra cost. Within 2.9 miles, you will find a shop, within 2.3 miles a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, and bed linen are all included in the price. Notes: More logs are available at £25 per week if required. Note: Stairs are steep and narrow; young children must be supervised. There is a £350 good house keeping bond in place.
