The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a small terrace, a living room/kitchen, a relaxation/reading area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower featuring chromotherapy. The apartment is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. Also provided: a professional hair dryer, washing machine, iron, small ironing board, and clothes rack. Welcome kit including soap, sheets, blankets, hand towels, and bath towels.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tobacco shops, and various stores are located right below the apartment. Free public parking.
There are many places of interest to visit nearby, such as the provincial cities of Fermo and Ascoli Piceno, or the coastal towns of San Benedetto del Tronto and Porto San Giorgio. The Sibillini Mountains are not far away.
During the summer season, the town comes alive with festivals, fairs, and events.
