A very warm welcome to our beautiful historic cottage, close to Harleston town Centre, a few steps from a choice of pubs,eateries and shops. We’re pet friendly too! (See below). There is 1 bedroom bedroom and a study overlooking the rear garden. A perfect holiday home for lovers of old properties with beams and red brick everywhere. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. There is a small sun filled courtyard rear garden for relaxing. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to explore the nearby Suffolk coast (Southwold, Framlingham or Norfolk Broads) and offers a television DVD and internet access. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and bath shower mixer tap. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free unrestricted parking on street outside - Pets are welcomed (subject to conditions). So no leaving dogs home alone and no vocal dogs please. If your dog is used to being on furniture or beds - this cottage is not for you. Pets must be agreed in advance. We’re sure all our responsible animal lovers like us will understand.
