The beautiful woodlands of County Durham became my go-to place to unwind, and the historic charm of Durham city is just a 5-minute drive from home. I love how the city feels alive with culture and history, yet never overwhelming. And with Newcastle just 23 minutes away, I still get my fix of vibrant city energy when I need it. For me, this area offers the perfect balance, calm, community, and access to everything.
