The home features a spacious open-plan living area, a large private terrace with city views, and an internal courtyard that offers another outside area to relax in. With generous living space, contemporary interiors, and excellent transport links, it’s an ideal base for families or groups visiting London.
The Space:
• As you enter the apartment on the main floor, you’re welcomed into a bright, open-plan reception and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, modern furnishings, and access to a large private terrace overlooking the city. This level also includes a separate family room with TV, a guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, and a dedicated study nook.
• Upstairs on the second floor of the apartment, all three bedrooms are located off a central hallway. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, seating area, TV, and a spacious ensuite with both a walk-in shower and bathtub. The second bedroom features a double bed, terrace access, and its own ensuite with a shower. The third bedroom also has a double bed and is positioned near a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Outdoor space includes a large, furnished terrace perfect for dining or relaxing, accessed from the main living area. An internal courtyard, visible from the upper hallway, adds additional light and a sense of calm throughout the home.

The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.

Picturesque walks along the Thames are easily accessible, offering a peaceful escape from the city. Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace can be reached in approximately 20 minutes via public transport.
Getting Around:
The apartment is just a 3-minute walk to Imperial Wharf Station (Overground), providing quick links to Clapham Junction and West Brompton for easy access to the London Underground. Chelsea Harbour Pier is a 5-minute walk away, offering riverboat services into central London. Several bus routes also serve the area, making it easy to explore the city.

The apartment has two floors, and all bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The apartment is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

This is a fantastic apartment that is just a couple of blocks from the Imperial Wharf station and the Uber Thames River transport. There are a few restaurants and a convenience store within a block or two of the building entrance. The rooms in this apartment are large and have great views. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, dishes, pots and pans and utensils and a dishwasher and a clothes washer. We didn't know how to set the hot water control so our host responded quickly and sent someone to resolve the issue.

The property we originally arranged was sold 3 days prior to arrival so Flyp Homes offered an alternative, this review is about the replacement apartment. The apartment issues: Dirty carpeting at common entry stairs. Tiny shower. Rugs on top of carpet hiding stains and causing trip hazards. Multiple electrical and plumbing shortcomings. None of these issues were forwarded to host, we simply made the best of it. Host issues:Key pickup was a 15 minute one way walk, and none of the many keys we picked up fit the main outer door. Host insists on 300 damage deposit outside of VRBO. Host insists on a selfie pic (of each guest) including passport photo (of each guest). With ID theft rampant on the Internet I was reluctant to provide this, but this host insisted, would not confirm without it, after payment was made. I give them credit for finding an alternative apartment for us… in a very nice neighborhood. They sent someone with the correct keys after a few hours on a Sunday, much appreciated.

Good:- great view- quiet neighbourhood- close to some restaurants and small supermarket - avoid the Waterside pub for food as it sucks. Reasonable transport options (C3 bus to Earls court is the winner)- very spacious for London and has air conditioning!!- washer/dryer combo for clothes works well- balcony area. Photos are accurate.- Stayz responsive in general but didn’t manage to fix the window while we stayed there even though it was raised with enough time.Bad:- under flight path although planes stop flying at about 10:30pm- one window in main bedroom didn’t fully seal so some noise and heat still got in- dishwasher didn’t drain properly. They tried to fix but instantly didn’t drain properly again so we didn’t use it.- microwave doesn’t work- property inspection day after we arrived without pre-announcement was not ideal- not near tube. We didn’t mind bus to Earls Court (C3) and then switch to tube but may annoy some.- TVs don’t have normal Ariel connected so only streaming TV available via Internet which was hit and miss especially with the BBC iplayer app. Internet works better on your own phone/tablet.
