This spacious pool house accommodates up to 26 guests and features 10 bedrooms, divided into three separate sleeping areas. This makes it easy to retreat for some peace and quiet after a day of activities. Additionally, there are six extra sleeping spaces in the lofts, best suited for children. In the large activity room, you can challenge each other to table tennis, billiards, table football, and darts—or enjoy a drink at the cozy bar. There’s also the option to unwind with a PlayStation in front of the TV in the lounge area. There’s plenty of space for both play and socializing. In the inviting pool area, you can take a dip in the 23 m² swimming pool, which features a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system. For those seeking relaxation, there is access to both a hot tub and a sauna, where you can let the calm wash over you. The large kitchen-dining area is the natural gathering point of the house. There’s ample space around the long dining table, and the kitchen is well-equipped with two stoves, two dishwashers, two sinks, and plenty of fridge and freezer space. This area also includes a wood-burning stove and a cozy lounge with a TV. Outside, there is plenty of space for fun and relaxation. On the partially covered terrace, you can enjoy meals from the grill while the children play in the sandbox, on the swings, or jump on the trampoline. The holiday home is located in the popular Houstrup Beach area on the west coast of Jutland. Here you’ll find a beautiful white sandy beach with a Blue Flag, perfect for swimming and refreshing walks. The area is surrounded by stunning nature, ideal for hiking and cycling. Nearby, you’ll also find exciting attractions such as WOW-Park, Blåbjerg Dune, and LEGOLAND®.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
