This elegant, comfortable and luxurious home is located between Piazza del Popolo and Il VATICANO. A perfect location to get around Rome on foot, walking through its beautiful streets. The house is new and very comfortable. It has large spaces to relax and you are immersed in a romantic and bright atmosphere.
Each object has been carefully chosen and is of design.
All this in order to offer all guests a perfect holiday!
This house is ideal for couples who want to spend a romantic weekend in Rome but also for families with children. At home, a cot for small children is also available if necessary.
Guests will be personally welcomed by me and I will give all the necessary information on places to visit and the best restaurants ...
I will give guests two pairs of keys so that I can have more freedom. Really perfect location, near the Vatican, on the banks of the River Tiber, in Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, taverns, bars and cinemas.
This is the perfect apartment for your vacation in the center of Rome!

Our host was very accessible, flexible and accommodating. She responded very quickly to questions and was very happy to offer local recommendations These characteristics are especially important to us, as we travel with small children. The apartment was clean and everything we needed was there. We had a great time in Rome, and I think this apartment was a big part of that, as we didn’t have to think about it. Our host even helped us secure a cleaning lady during our stay. We would stay here again!

Love this place.

The place was perfect for our group. Restaurants close by and easy walking distance to many things we wanted to see. The host checked us in and the process couldn’t have been easier. I will be coming back for another stay as soon as I can.

Absolutely fabulous apartment with lots of space and ideal for group travelers. Two full bathrooms is a bonus when traveling in a group. Minutes away from The Coliseum, Vatican and restaurants galore. Supermarket is 100 meters away. Very happy with my choice to stay here.

Perfect fit for us

We stayed for 6 days in February. Our flights to Rome were delayed significantly and this was handled perfectly by the hosts representative. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and clean and the renovated bathrooms were great. The location suited our needs, in the historic centre but near shopping and some great restaurants, just a short taxi ride or walk to the main tourist centre. We will certainly stay here again.

Outstanding apartment in Prati

The apartment is in a terrific location, close to many cafes and restaurants, yet also quiet because of the new, noise-canceling windows. In addition, from the apartment it is only a short walk over the Tiber bridge to access the Piazza del Popolo in the Centro Storico. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The WiFi was also terrific: fast and stable. Having two bathrooms, and also a washing machine in the kitchen, made things very easy given our one-month stay there. Although an elevator is always available, the apartment is only one-flight up and easy to access by stairs. Adriana was a wonderful host: friendly, accessible, helpful, and available. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hope to visit again.

A/C problem, otherwise great

They simply don't have enough wall units to make it cool in a hot summer. Need to add A/C units or not rent Jun-Aug. We arrived July 21st and left without staying, and pleased owner was easy to deal w/ on refund, etc. although did charge us for a night. Probably a great place to stay 10 months a year, and this summer was admittedly hotter than normal. Clean, large, nice kitchen.

We loved the charm and space of this property!

This was a simply charming apartment near Vatican city; close enough to St Peter's that we walked it twice, but the restaurant scene is much closer, and we never ate the same place twice. The building the apartment is in is equally beautiful. Also, you're a few blocks to the A line which brings you to the Spanish steps (2 stops), the colleseum (4 stops) and more. This unit had a large kitchen and main bedroom; plus overflow room for the 5 of us to spread out. In an city of tight places, this was a great place to call home base. The kitchen was provided without amenties, and there's a few things that have shown wear, but if you're looking for an authentic experience in Rome, I'm not sure you could do better. We would return in a heartbeat.

Mangelhafte Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben fünf Nächte als Familie in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr gut! Die Wohnung hat deutliche Mängel! Starker Abwassergeruch in den Bädern, welcher sich in der Wohnung ausbreitet und den Aufenthalt sehr beeinträchtigt. Es standen diverse Duftspender in den Bädern, welche darauf hindeuten, dass das Problem nicht neu aufgetreten ist. Die Küche ist alt, was an sich kein Problem ist, doch teilweise unhygienisch (insb. Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank ).Die Betten sind wenig ansprechend.Die Türen der Zimmer sind nicht schließbar und alle verglast, mit Ausnahme der Bädern.Mit Jugendichen oder Freunden nicht zu empfehlen.Es ist bedauerlich, da die Wohnung an sich sehr schön sein kann aber ungepflegt wirkt und entscheidende Buchungshinweise (Zimmertüren) fehlen.Wir würden die Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Liebe Gäste, es tut mir leid, diese Kommentare zu lesen. Die Türen bestehen aus Holz und Glas und sind hochwertige Türen, wie sie in vielen Altbauwohnungen in Rom zu finden sind. Sie sind auf allen Fotos der Anzeige klar zu sehen – man hätte sie also im Vorfeld erkennen können. Die Küche ist neu, und ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie Sie sagen können, dass sie alt sei (zum Beispiel ist der Kühlschrank nicht einmal ein Jahr alt). Dasselbe gilt für die Betten, die im Rahmen einer Renovierung der Wohnung im Jahr 2024 komplett erneuert wurden. Ich frage mich, ob Sie vielleicht versehentlich eine andere Unterkunft bewertet haben? Außerdem sind die Raumduftspender in den Bädern als zusätzliches Detail der Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit gedacht (wie man es auch häufig in Hotels findet). ⸻

Bel appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec un emplacement superbe à 10mn du Vatican. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. L'appartement est agréable sauf la cuisine qui est un peu vieillissante et dépareillée. Superbes salles de bain toutes neuves. Les lits sont confortables également sauf le petit canape lit. Mais dans l'ensemble superbe appartement.
