Thank you Thalia. You and your family were wonderful guests. You left the place spotless and I’m really pleased you were able to have a lovely holiday.
Very charming cabin style pool house. The trip started with a lovely welcome basket of local treats. The pool was fantastic, the highlight of the trip for my young daughter. The house is loaded with fun games ranging from air hockey to many different board games. Poppy was super sweet and very helpful with anything we needed. We had a small issue with a power outage and Louis’ response to it, but the host handled the manner promptly and in a fair manner. Highly recommend the Pool house for anyone looking for an English countryside getaway or coming to Goodwood.
Our stay at the Pool House was perfect! Beautiful house and pool, and Sarah and Phil could not do enough to make us welcome. Thank you for a fantastic stsy

Hi Lynn Thank you so much for your lovely review. You were our first official guests and so great to hear that we did a good job! Thank you for looking after the place and we would welcome you back at any time. Best wishes S&P x
We booked this property because we really wanted a decent sized, private pool. The fact that it came with a tennis court, sauna, pool table, home cinema, orchard and greenhouse full of amazing fruit, private garden, gas barbeque, a covered veranda for sitting and eating and fantastic rural walks in every direction, made it the perfect holiday! We intended to visit some of the local attractions, but decided we had everything we wanted, within the house and grounds. There's no doubt we would stay again, it's incredible value for money.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your lovely comments and for looking after our home. It will be our pleasure to welcome you all back at any time. Best wishes Sarah and Philippe
We had a wonderful time at the Pool House, it is the perfect getaway and exceeded our expectations in every way. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay from the incredible pool, to the sauna, game of snooker or air hockey. There are beautiful trails on the doorstep and the grounds themselves with orchards and swimming lake are spectacular. Our dog was welcome and he absolutely loved it!The pool house is spacious but very cosy, the beds are comfy, it is tastefully decorated throughout and has all mod cons including a home cinema!Communication with the owners was excellent and they made us feel very welcome. We hope to be back soonest!

We were thrilled you had such a lovely time. Come back soon!
We have had a lovely stay at The Pool House. The pool is amazing and our kids were barely out of it! The house itself is very comfortable and clean. We didn’t get a chance to do many walks in the area due to the weather, but there appears to be plenty around. Arundel is just round the corner and it’s 20mins drive to Little Hampton. We loved picking the apples, pears and plums from the orchard and grapes from the greenhouse. The kitchen area is quite small, and there is only an undercounter fridge with freezer compartment, so you do need to plan your meals. There is a pub a very short walk up the road, but that is your only other meal option unless you want to drive. The owners are very accommodating and willing to help in anyway they can.Overall, we had a fantastic family break and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Hi Chris
Thank you for your lovely comments re The Pool House - and for looking after the place - we would love to welcome you back in the future. best wishes Sarah and Philippe
We're just back from a wonderful 4 night stay at The Pool House to end our summer break. The area is incredible, just far enough out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to where we live to not lose time travelling. We had our 2 kids with us, aged 10 and 14 and they spent all of their time outside! The swing was a hit with the kids, the tennis didn't get competitive at all - it did - and there was ample space for them to roam free. The orchard was delightful - picking off a plum as we passed was a novelty we could get used to, and even tried a grape or 2 fresh from the vines. The beds were comfy, the sofa sublime and the kitchen was well enough equipped. The pool was amazing, and what a stunning setting to lounge next to whilst getting through a book! Our evenings were topped off with a family sauna and a dip in the pool, before settling down to another highlight of movie nights on the massive projector and screen!Whilst we could absolutely get used to the lifestyle, we sadly had to head home! However, utterly refreshed and ready to head back to work. Would love to return at some point.
