Both bedrooms are situated on the back of the building enjoying quietness & privacy, overlooking the buildings small garden. Both enjoy of AC inverter units and plenty of storage/ wardrobe place, while the one opens up to a small balcony.
Located on the elevated ground floor of the 3 floor building (10 steps above street level), the apartment expands in front and the back part of the building, allowing air to flow during summer months.
