I work in the RAF and have always appreciated structure and attention to detail, which I’ve carried over into creating this space. Hosting is something I’ve wanted to do for years, and this waterfront property has been a real passion project.

I chose this spot because of its unbeatable location—right on the water, yet just a short walk from Lincoln’s bustling High Street, historic Cathedral Quarter, and Brayford Waterfront. It’s the best of both worlds: calm and scenic views with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
