Welcome to your dream beach vacation! This condo affords you the peace and tranquility of beautiful Manasota Key, a barrier island off the coast of Englewood known as the gem and the heart of sun coast. With 300 feet of private beach you can enjoy the white sands and calm tropical ocean water. You can also choose to relax and appreciate the beautiful views of the intercostal waterways of Lemon Bay from the condo’s screened in lanai. A personal favorite is going to the beach in the evening, where you can watch the gorgeous sunset.

From Beach to Bay, this condo has all you need for your beach vacation. The master bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom and a television. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. In the living area you can enjoy your evenings relaxing on the comfortable reclining couch and chair while watching 62inch smart TV. The condo also has a full sized kitchen. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer inside the condo. Further amenities listed below.

On this cozy island you can enjoy snorkeling and shelling right on the private beach. If you’re the adventurous type, you can find rentals of kayaks, jet skies, paddle boards, boats, fishing equipment, and bicycles less than a mile from your doorstep. The island offers plenty of restaurants within 3/4 of a mile (1.2 km). Supermarkets like Publix and Winn Dixie, additional restaurants, and Walmart is a short drive away and within 1.7 miles (2.7 km).

Relaxing Stay

Great property to relax and enjoy Manasota Key. Condo was well appointed, comfortable and had everything that we needed, literally, to maximize our visit. Thoroughly enjoyed the bayside deck and proximity to the beach. The owners, Jose and Helen, were great as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

On arrival we were greeted with a welcome card, fresh flowers , biscuits & water - was such a lovely thing to do. Condo is lovely , very clean, everything like new & extremely comfortable. Is equipped with all that you could possibly need on vacation. Lots of towels, enough toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid & dishwasher tablets etc for the entire time we were here. New beach umbrella, chairs , beach towels & cart to carry everything. It is only a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach where we found lots of shark teeth . My Husband caught sharks & Spanish mackerel off the beach, was great fun! We also saw lots of Dolphins & Manatees, crabs on the beach & pelicans, you are never bored. The condo has a lovely balcony with a bay view which is perfect to sit & have your breakfast Helen was very helpful, answered straight away , nothing was too much trouble. We loved it here, cannot wait to come back. Thank you Helen for an amazing vacation in your wonderful condo.

Pelican Landing 2021

One of the cleanest and most organized condos we have ever stayed in. Flowers and cookies awaited us at check in, and condo was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed.

The owners provided every possible amenity; the condo was immaculate upon arrival with contactless check-in. We loved the light and breezy layout with the screened-in lanai and open kitchen. A king bed was one of our prerequisites and the master bedroom was lovely.

April 2019 - GREAT HOME AWAY FROM HOME VACATION LOCATION

Helen communicated promptly to any questions I had before arriving and shared her personal cell phone number to contact her if needed. We were welcomed with beautiful flowers and note on the counter. The condo was clean, quiet and had all the comforts of home from kitchen utensils, coffee, spices, laundry facilities, and much more! On the few days the gulf side was too windy to enjoy, the bay side was always peaceful and we enjoyed the manatee and dolphins swim close by. We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets on the gulf and you are within walking distance of other local beaches and restaurant/bars with live music and if you want a little more action. All condo visitors and residents were friendly and went out of their way to make sure you knew about the different events taking place at the club house if you wanted to participate. Everything was as presented in the rental listing and you won't be disappointed with your stay should you choose to stay here!

We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing and stress free place that we can escape to and leave all the busy metropolitan chaos behind. We certainly found Paradise in Manasota Key, Island living at its best. We love it here!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy seeing the sunrise over the bay from our bedroom or the lanai. From the lanai or the docks we can sit and enjoy seeing the pelicans flying and the fish jumping, it’s just heaven! In the evening enjoy the sunset on our private beach. This place is an oasis.
