This cozy two-story home has been designed for family enjoyment. It features four spacious double bedrooms and three full bathrooms, perfect for each family member to have their own space. The large covered and furnished terrace with sea views is the ideal place to share breakfast, dinner, or simply relax together. June- July - August : minimum stay 7nights from Saturday to Saturday.


The Space
On the ground floor, you'll find another spacious terrace with a barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining, a garden with natural grass and trees, and a large private pool with a special children's area, designed for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones. It also has a laundry room, a clothesline, and two outdoor showers, very practical for after the beach or pool.

The house offers private parking, air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms and the living/dining room, as well as high-speed internet, so everyone can stay connected if they wish.

Its location couldn't be better: in the quiet Pla del Mar neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from Ampolla Beach and 15 minutes from the charming Portet. Everything you need is close by, no need to drive: supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, bike rentals, and even a municipal sports center with paddle tennis and soccer courts, next to the yacht club, where you can rent boats, paddleboards, or kayaks for a unique family day out.

In addition, the town of Moraira offers a beautiful playground with a small natural lagoon by the sea, a perfect spot for the little ones.
