Holiday home between the Dordogne and Lot (100m² - 5 rooms) on a property of 2000m +, ideal for exploring Perigord and Quercy. A 1 km from the center of Gourdon (46300), this cottage makes you enjoy the quiet of the countryside without joint.

Completely renovated in 2013, this property offers all the comfort for a successful holiday:

Superbes vacances

Maison propre bien équipée au calme dans la nature. Idéalement placée car proche de la Dordogne. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, les tomates étaient excellentes! Nous recommandons.

Tres bon sejour dans une maison tres propre esprit maison de campagne

Belle semaine dans une maison propre et bien équipée. La renovation a su préservé l'esprit maison de campagne. Maison isolée du village (20min a pied du centre) avec beaucoup de tranquillité.

Excellentes vacances

Maison idéale pour se reposer et se ressourcer au calme, il ne manque rien (sauf un psyché...) Idéalement placée pour les visites touristiques et les différents commerces. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires. La compagnie de la petite chatte a été super agréable! Nous espérons y revenir

Maison très propre et très bien équipée. Agencement bien. Le coin est calme , loin des bruisances et près des commerces. Le gérant et le propriétaire sont sympas et très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons l'endroit. (Entre nous, le chat de la ferme est gentil).
