The cottage "La Tabatière" classified 3 stars in the prefectural classification is a nice building recently renovated located in a small charming hamlet in the town of Payrignac.
Its peaceful and quiet location will allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay.
The advantages of the gîte in the heart of Bouriane are:
Proximity to aquatic activities (swimming, fishing, canoeing, lakes, the Dordogne),
The remarkable sites such as the caves of Cougnac and its cave paintings, Rocamadour, the abyss of Padirac, the Dordogne valley its remarkable sites Beynac-Cazenac, La Roque-Gageac, Cénac, Castelnaud the chapel and the castles, the magnificent bastides de Gourdon, Domme, Montflanquin,
The superb city of Sarlat for its history, its architectural richness, its stone watches, its lively evenings in summer and finally the flavors of the region offering culinary treasures (confit, foie gras, truffle, mushrooms, cheeses and wines).
The proximity of all amenities (shops, markets, health care, Paris-Toulouse line station, etc.) in Gourdon located 4 km away, a farmer's hall of local producers 1 km away.
We will advise you and share all the good plans (farmers' markets, visits, hikes, bike-routes, restaurants, etc.).

Large living room 30m2 with fitted kitchen area (LL, LV, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, TV, DVD player, free fiber wifi-Internet)

1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds convertible into a 160 cm bed, bathroom, separate toilet.

Paid options:
On request for availability in July and August
-The household linen (sheets, duvet cover), at € 9 per bed for the duration of the stay,
-Towels (bath towel), € 6 per person over the duration of the stay,
- Cleaning package at 60 €.

Un gite idéalement situé

Situé limite Lot/Dordogne, ce gite est idéal pour la découverte du patrimoine, pour les randonnées, la baignade. Nous avons découvert également de très joliss villages, loin des sentiers battus et de la foule. Le gite est très bien équipé, très agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et les petites attentions nous ont fait très plaisir. Ces 2 semaines dans cet endroit calme nous ont permis de nous ressourcer.
