Relax in this chic studio apartment less than 10 minutes from the beach. On the first floor of a modern residence, the apartment has spacious balconies, with a view of the shared pool and the sea beyond. It is ideal for a couple or a single traveler looking for a relaxing stay on the French Riviera.
The open-plan living space includes a comfortable sofa and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. This includes a cooker hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and a washing machine.
Guests can enjoy outdoor meals on the private terrace off the living area. This is furnished with a table and chairs. Outside the sleeping area, there is a seating space with a corner sofa and armchairs.
The bedroom area is separated from the living space by a full curtain. There is a double bed and a wardrobe for storage.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Here you will find the freshest local ingredients. The town also has a range of excellent restaurants and bars, ensuring a vibrant and fun stay on the Côte d’Azur.
Nice Côte d’Azur airport is a 25-minute drive. Biot train station (7 minutes) allows easy access to the resorts along the coast. Please note that the pool is open from the 5th of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
