Super Lage, ansonsten etwas in die Jahre gekommen...
Die Wohnung war toll gelegen, leider von innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung einfach und die Matratzen könnten gerne mal getauscht werden (man merkt alle Sprungfedern...)
Ein großer Nachteil ist, dass die Schlüsselübergabe und Rücknahme nur in Cannes möglich ist und man auch die komplette Schmutzwäsche dort abgeben muss (Auto vor Ort ist nötig). Die Übergabe ging aber schnell und unkompliziert...

Sehr gute Lage
Die Lage von der Ferien Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Anstand zum Strand Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten war sehr odeal. Die Wohnung an sich war auch sehr bequem und angenehm. Für eine Familie mit Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignet.

Sauberkeit/Parkplatz
Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Vorallem das Geschirr und die Pfannen mussten vor dem Gebrauch gereinigt werden. Im Wohnzimmer lag eine Menge Abfall unter dem Sofa. Parkplätze für Autos mit Höhe über 190 cm sind in Antibes kaum zu finden! Terrasse nicht zu gebrauchen!

Bel appartement mais non moderne
Manque de climatisation. Surtout avec la villa Emy qui donne sur terrasse. Ont clim mais laisse fenêtres ouvertes. Clientèle venue des Balkans très bruyante nuit et jour. Obliges fenêtres ouvertes sinon impossible pour nous. Adorons Antibes. Avons donc loué studio climatisé pour an prochain Interhome toujours. Désolés.

Appartement fonctionnel Cuisine très bien équipée Décoration un peu vieillote mais ce n est que pour les vacances Très bon emplacement par contre près du marché et de la plage La climatisation serait tout de même bien dans les chambres

Zentral und sofort überall.
Das Appartement ist praktisch gelegen, am Rande der Altstadt. Somit ist es ruhig,man ist aber sofort im alten Antibes, am Strand, bei den Museen und hat einen super Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Das Beste ist es ohne Auto zu kommen, da die Parkmöglichkeiten schwierig sind und kosten.
