The villa comprises a spacious and airy open plan living dining room with full kitchen. Glass terrace doors lead out onto the swimming pool terrace with sun loungers and lounge chairs for all.
Other glass doors lead out onto the back dining terrace with its BBQ and summer kitchen. You can enjoy al fresco cooking and dining here surrounded by the villa's wild natural garden.
The villa has 3 bedrooms. The 2 double bedrooms both have ensuite shower rooms. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a 3rd shower room.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning, as well as the living area.
The villa has broadband internet and a large QLED Smart TV and associated sound system, provides superb indoor entertainment. Offering fully subscribed Amazon Prime Video, all of the other popular streaming apps are also available for you to log into directly onto the TV. There is a dedicated work desk in the living room.
There is private parking for 3 cars.
