This chalet welcomes couples and families looking for a relaxing break in North Norfolk. Just a few minutes' walk from Cromer's lighthouse, beach, and cliff top walks. The site provides a great location for a family holiday, with lots of space for children to play safely and a playing field nearby for ball games. Close by there is a scenic cliff-top walk that takes you from the Chalet Park to the centre of Cromer town with its great choice of restaurants, shops, and cafes. A walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Royal Cromer Golf Club - a highly regarded coastal course with spectacular sea views.From the nearest carpark walk over the communal lawns to the chalet. There are 3 steps that lead up to the front door. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom with a double bed at the bottom and a 2ft 6” single bed at the top. Family shower room: with walk in shower, sink and WC. Open plan: Lounge/diner/kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Dining table with chairs and corner sofa, with wall mounted TV above an electric fire within a mock fireplace. Outside: Set in an elevated position overlooking a large communal lawn with established flower beds. Please bring own bed linen and towels. Amenities: Communal parking spaces close to the property. Location: beach 900 meters, shops a 15-minute stroll. Pets not permitted. Please note: electricity is included. The chalet is nice the only thing it needs is new beds and pillows they are lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower needs a good clean on the quite a bit of mold. Other than that was a good experience
Communications with the holiday letting agent was smooth and professional. They went out of their way to ensure we had the arrival information to let ourselves into the chalet. The chalet was ideally situated in a quiet spot on the edge of the chalet park, close to a gate leading to a playing field and the cliff path to Cromer. The chalet itself was a tale of two halves. The kitchen work tops and cooker had been cleaned and were immaculate but the rest of the chalet needs a professional deep clean and was not acceptable. The owner had partly addressed previous reviews regarding the beds with main bedroom having a new mattress but those in the bunk room were very poor. The lack of hot water to the bathroom sink was also an inconvenience
