Lovely and clean and everything you need for your stay only downside is not much storage space in bedroom or space to get into the double bed, so ok for 2 but would feel crowded for 4 adults staying.

Excellent accommodation overall.
Excellent accommodation overall. The only minor drawback was lack of storage space. To be fair there is no practical way to improve this, as long as it is offered for 4 adults. All floor space is fully covered by recreation/ kitchen and two bedrooms. No space in the bedrooms for wardrobes. Great location, easy to walk into Cromer, either by road or along the cliff path. Bus stop nearby.
