Open plan living area with doors to large, enclosed and furnished decking area.
Two single sofa beds and flat screen television.
Dining table with six chairs.
Kitchen area with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob with extractor, single oven, washing machine and microwave.
Underfloor heating throughout.
Iron, ironing board, and hairdryer provided.
Sleeping:
Double bedroom with king bed and television.
Bathroom with basin, WC, heated towel rail and shower attachment over the bath.
Two single sofa beds in the living area.
Outside:
Spacious, enclosed and furnished decking area, perfect for al fresco eating and relaxing after a great day on the beach.

Designated parking for one car.
Communal surf shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach.
Useful secure storage cage in the basement for your surf boards, wetsuits and beach toys.
