Cozy bungalow located in a quiet area, in the middle of a palm grove, in a pleasant complex that has large green areas, swimming pool for adults, and swimming pool and playground.

The newly renovated bungalow is designed to spend a relaxing and pleasant stay. It has a living room-kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, large fridge, pantry, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, three televisions (one in each room), LED lighting (no heat), air conditioning and internet .

Outside you can enjoy a private garden with relaxation area and barbecue, a storage room and outdoor air conditioning will also be available.

On foot, by bicycle or by bus (there is a stop 50m away) you will find the wonderful dunes of Maspalomas next to golden beaches, shopping centers with elegant boutiques, promenades, cozy bars and restaurants, golf, water sports, excursions and park attractions.

By car or by bus you can access the challenge of the cultural and leisure offer offered by the island of Gran Canaria.

15 minutes away, in the southwest of the island you can enjoy sports such as diving and windsurfing.

The International Airport of Gran Canaria can be reached in 35 minutes as it is only 38 km away.

In less than an hour is the capital of the island, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This city offers more than sun and beach. Apart from exclusive stores there is a wide range of culture and leisure. It is advisable to visit the historic neighborhood of Vegueta, also the Botanical Garden, created in 1952, which shows the great wealth of the Flora of the Macaronesia region.

The north of the island is dotted with small fishing villages with their cheerful houses of colorful Canarian charm where you can taste an exquisite fried fish.

Inside the island you can practice alternative tourism, climbing and hiking along paths known as royal roads, which starting from the center of the island, reach virtually every corner. There is a road that starts from the beaches and, passing through the villages, reaches Tejeda, where you can enjoy the “Sea of Clouds”.

Winter Sunshine

This is the second year in a row we have stayed in this property for a 3 week holiday. The property is a bungalow and is very well equipped. The garden is also well equipped and also has a large area under cover and so the garden provides sun and shade almost all day long. We had a very enjoyable holiday.

Holiday in Maspolomas

We had a lovely 3 weeks holiday in February / March this year in this property. The bungalow and the facilities provided were excellent and the garden and the wonderful outside furniture allowed us to have sun or shade througout the day. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and we look forward to returning in the future. We note there was a previous review regarding the noise from the nearby tennis courts. They caused us no issues whatsoever and indeed we visited the courts and received a warm welcome and enjoyed a glass of wine watching a game.

Modern boutique accommodation

Just returned from staying five weeks over the Christmas and New Year period at this excellent property. It’s in a great location and very easy to get around on your own/walking. Good public transport on your door step to get you around the Island and Taxis plentiful and car parking outside the complex. The bungalow is well maintained to “ a very modern relaxing feeling with concealed lighting throughout and hi tech entertainment system”. Plenty of hot water and linen is available. Great cooking facilities should you wish to eat at home. Plenty of restaurants and bars are only a short distance away and so is the beach only 4 euros away. The garden and outside lounge is a good way to relax and sunbathe and read or have a nice glass of wine to unwind. The owner provided a small welcome pack with cheese and wine and bottled water to help you settle in. A very enjoyable stay.

Next door villa being refurbished so banging and drilling ,tennis club across road from 8 30 to 22 00hrs thump thump ,paid a service charge but didn't receive any,said recently refurbished but must have been at least 3 years ago ,property very tired ,cigarette burns in bedding and garden furniture,on a good point storage good ,not outdoor heater for the cold nights in winter months,would I stay here again ,NO !!!

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Patricia ist wirklich nett und die Unterkunft war noch besser als wir durch die Bilder erwartet hatten. Der Gasgrill war ein absolutes Highlight und im „Garten“ konnte man hervorragend entspannen.

Wij verbleven 25 dagen in deze van alle comfort voorziene bungalow. Bij onze aankomst werden we onthaald door de lieve buurvrouw Teresa, die ons wegwijs maakte in de bungalow. We kunnen niets opnoemen wat er niet aanwezig was, vooral in de keuken was echt alles voorzien, heel makkelijk als je thuis wou koken. We vertoefden uren in de gezellige tuin, helemaal omheind dus rust en privacy verzekerd. Wat ons betreft zou de aanschaf van comfortabele tuinstoelen en de versterking van de wifi de bungalow helemaal perfect maken. We keren zeker nog eens terug! Caroline en Koen

Top quality accommodation

Very stylish, very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Great care has been taken with the presentation of this property and had an excellent 3 weeks. We made good use of the bikes too and the outside space was particularly well appointed. The complex was beautiful and immaculately maintained.

Mycket fräsch bungalow

Mycket fräsch bungalow där ingenting fattas, utom möjligen en golv-bordslampa vid soffan med ett lugnt och behagligt sken. Slipper då "strålkastarlyse" om man sitter inne på kvällarna. Vi tycker också att staketet runt bungalowen var för högt. Eftersom vi var i karantän varken såg eller hörde några människor på flera dagar. Saknade också en reception/någon att vända sig till för frågor och ev hjälp.

Great location spend holiday

This bungalow is great to spend holiday. Good and easy location take the bus to Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogan, Las Palmas. Kitchen is well-equipment. Lovely family neighbour help you if need. You can use two bicycle and so it is easy to cycle for exampe to Maspalomas beach or Playa del Ingles. Swimmingpool is suitable to make swimming endurance. For children there is small pool.

Beautiful property

Stayed at this lovely bungalow for three weeks in December. Had a fabulous time, the website pictures are a perfect representation of the property. It has been recently modernised to a high standard with excellent use made of the available space. The private garden is an added bonus for relaxing and eating. The owners have thought of everything that you would need for your holiday stay as the flat is well equipped. Complex itself is ideally placed for local shop, bus route and nearby golf course and is a well maintained & peaceful with a mix of residential & holiday makers. Have recommended this property to my family & friends & would hope to return sometime in the future.

Fabulous clean well equipped apartment.

Just returned from a months stay and absolutely loved it and wanted to stay longer. The complex where it is situated is predominantly local Spanish residents or long term renters rather than holiday makers. The site is safe secure and well kept. Swimming pool is amazing. The apartment is spotless and modern fully equipped. The lady next door Teresa was on hand if needed for any issues (which there wasnt) . Amazing place 100% want to return here.
