The location was perfect close to everything, yet not ever feel crowed. Room is a little noisy as you are close to the road, but air conditioner drowned out the noise in the evening. We would definitely go back.

Nice but loud condo

We enjoyed the space in this condo and the small community feel. We traveled with our 2 year old and the bedroom situation worked out well to set up a pack n’ play and still have plenty of space. Has a beautiful view where we could watch whales off of our Lanai. On the downside, this condo is RIGHT on the road. A very busy, loud road. I did read the reviews before, but figured with the a/c running + sound machine it wouldn’t be too much of an issue for us. I was wrong. It really is as if you are in a tent on the side of the road since the windows are just screens with slats- no sound proofing AT ALL. Once we were asleep it was OK, but getting to sleep and in the morning was the worst. Garbage trucks, scooters, cars bumping music, honking. We typically sleep with a fan, so the a/c noise didn’t bother us too much… but it is very loud. So if you are a light sleeper, or have children that wake easily, this is not the condo for you. Heavy sleepers should have no problem. We unfortunately also had some very loud neighbors above us that seemed to have their living space right above our bedroom. While this can happen anywhere, just beware there is very little sound barrier between floors in this unit. The bathroom is a bit outdated as well and a little funky, kitchen has no Tupperware or supplies to preserve leftover food, but otherwise the condo was very clean and spacious.

Beautiful property - furniture needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the property and layout of the unit but the furniture needs updating. Hideabed is broken, outside table needs new chairs that are comfortable. Bed was super soft and terrible pillows old & flat - roadside noise. Loved that the unit came with beach chairs and boogie board. Although those chairs too have seen better days. Time to put some money into the amnenities.
