Your vacation accommodation is located in the center of Kaprun and at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. The combination of modern design and alpine comfort creates a feeling of home and well-being – for couples and families alike.

The apartment offers 25 to 49 m² of space for up to 4 people. The double bed is partially separated from the living area. Some units have an open-plan bathroom and a separate toilet. In the living area, a 120–140 cm wide sofa bed offers sleeping space for up to two children. The balcony is the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped.

After an eventful day, you can relax in our two wellness areas (Family Spa and Adults Only).

In the in-house restaurant, you can enjoy a rich breakfast for an additional charge.

Super fijn hotel! De kamer was heel mooi en netjes en alles erop en eraan. Wij hadden zonder eten, dus daar kunnen we niet over oordelen. Voor de kinderen ook heel leuk; zwembad, klein zwembadje met glijbaantje en een soort van mini monkey town. Wij waren heel blij met dit appartement! Enige minpuntje; we hadden maar 1 handdoeken set pp voor 4 nachten. Moesten anders daarvoor bij betalen.

Neues Hotel für breites intern internationales Publikum. Man sieht schon die Vorteile eines Neubau aus. Allerdings ist Restaurantbereich viel zu klein für so viele Gäste, so dass man in zwei Schichten essen muss was am Wesentlichen auffällt dass abends ein Bereich fehlt für die Kinder, wo sie bisschen Tischtennis spielen können. Die Spa und die Schwimmbäder sind aber top in Ordnung und müssen positiv erwähnt werden.
