Eine furchtbare Erfahrung und ein extrem unprofessioneller Kundenservice. Sie haben den geplanten Urlaub für sechs Personen ruiniert. Sie haben nicht nur die Wohnung, die ich bereits bezahlt hatte, doppelt vermietet, sondern mich auch erst um 16:00 Uhr beim Einchecken darüber informiert. Ich stand plötzlich mit zwei Kindern und zwei Senioren mit sechs Koffern und ohne Unterkunft in einem fremden Land – und das an einem Feiertagswochenende. Ich bat Sie, mir eine alternative Unterkunft zu suchen, und die einzige Antwort war: „Tut uns leid, wir konnten nichts finden.“ Ich habe den ganzen Tag mit Warten auf Ihren Check-in verschwendet, der nie stattfand, und anschließend stundenlang selbst nach einer Unterkunft gesucht. Da ich keine andere Wohnung finden konnte, musste ich meine Familie auf verschiedene Hotelzimmer aufteilen, was wir in diesem Urlaub unbedingt vermeiden wollten. Und da Sie mir meine ursprüngliche Zahlung immer noch nicht erstattet haben, musste ich eine weitere hohe Summe im Voraus bezahlen, um eine alternative Unterkunft zu sichern. Das ist eine enorme finanzielle Belastung. Sie haben unseren Urlaub buchstäblich ruiniert, und ich verlange die sofortige Rückerstattung meiner ursprünglichen Zahlung sowie eine Entschädigung für den Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand und die entstandenen Mehrkosten. Ich hoffe, Checkmyguest und Belvilla zeigen endlich Professionalität bei der Behebung dieses Problems. Die bisherige mangelnde Kommunikation und der unzureichende Kundenservice sind unfassbar. Übrigens scheint das „technische Problem“ Ihrem Unternehmen bereits bekannt zu sein, da mir sogar die Reinigungskräfte, die das Apartment bei meiner Ankunft reinigten, berichteten, dass dasselbe vor einigen Tagen auch bei einem anderen Gast passiert war.
