Perfect location and setting

Home and view were amazing. The wildlife viewing from the porch was amazing. We saw numerous monkeys, a toucan, and Scarlett macaws. You can hear and see howlers from inside. The amenities inside the kitchen are sparse. You will need to purchase salt pepper oil etc if you plan on cooking. Only downfall to property is no washer or dryer. And with the humidity things don’t dry. But amazing place and would stay again

The property was great! The pick up and drop off will organized. Maid did a great job and kept up with towels; felt like home with luxuries! Enjoyed monkeys daily (squirrel and white face). A lot within walking distance. The trek to the beach is rough. It would be nice if the property had golf carts or something to get you to and from the beach. I would recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

Hilltop views

The property is located on the hill in Manuel Antonio overlooking the ocean and the national park. We stayed 5 nights and were travelling with another couple. Our condo was on the 2nd floor and had great views from the balcony. The floors above us would have even more expansive views. I would not recommend the ground floor as there is a lot of foliage to block the ocean view and a patio instead of a balcony. The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony. Saw lots of monkeys and macaws flying by. We appreciated having the use of a bbq. A couple of suggestions to improve the stay would be to have some coffee/tea and essentials such as salt, pepper etc. in the condo on arrival. The kitchen had the basic utensils for cooking but could use more glassware for larger drinks, serving and cutting utensils and a kettle. It would also be nice to have beach towels as we enjoyed the public beach during our stay. We were in Costa Rica for a month and most properties had these items available in the condo. We loved the area and would highly recommend Milagro Cafe for coffee and dinner. The 4 of us loved our meals, especially the grilled tuna. We also enjoyed a meal at Falafel cafe for delicious homemade shawarma, falafel and hummus. Manuel Antonio is a beautiful place to visit.

View not as advertised for all units

The pictures make it look like this is a 3 floor property but it really has 6 floors. We were on the bottom floor which from the pictures we thought was at pool level but in reality it was 3 floors down below the pool. So you walk down this stairway down down down to the basement. We did not have a balcony, we had a concrete patio and an uncut small yard. While the views on the website were beautiful, ours while still pretty, was just a fraction of that because we were so far down. Because the property is built on the side of a hill, the view from other windows was just the under structure of the house. The sign at the place says "7 bedroom, and 2 bedroom". It looked like the top 3 floors (that you see in the pics) were one unit (7 bedroom), then the other floors were 2 bedroom units The beds were comfortable. The living area furniture was awkward, with a small couch and no table inside, but we ate outside every day and we too busy to lounge anyway. The kitchen was stocked at an ok level. All we cooked was breakfast though. We ate out a lot. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The location worked for us. It is in town, so walking distance to restaurants and stores. We walked to the beach the first day but never again. It took 25 minutes and the terrain is hilly. We drove the short drive the rest of the time. Overall, the property was fine, I was just disappointed that I didn't get the unobstructed view I was anticipating.

Amazing Stay, Unbeatable Views

Our stay here was fantastic. The property has unbeatable views of Manuel Antonio’s jungle and ocean—the kind you see in postcards. Location-wise, it’s perfect: Emilio’s Cafe, an outstanding breakfast spot, is right next door. Everything else you might need—shops, restaurants, beaches—is easily accessible.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Watching monkeys swing through the trees and seeing stunning macaws and exotic birds from hammocks on our balcony was an amazing experience.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio.

Perfect Stay

The property was clean, well cared for, and very convenient! Cafe Emilio next door was top notch, and the small grocery and pharmacy, mere feet from the door, were also super convenient. The kitchen was outfitted with only the necessities, but was more than sufficient for making basic meals. Daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise. The kids enjoyed the pool every afternoon, and while it was shared between the units, we always had it to ourselves. Views from the pool and our private balcony were exquisite. Laurent, the property manager, was very communicative, responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The location was amazing with a stunning view and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped. There was not a washer and dryer but there is a laundry service nearby. We quite enjoyed our stay.

Best View in Manuel Antonio!

First of all the owner, Lorenzo, is an absolute gem and really helped our family with last minute rental. The view here is beyond expectation, it was beautiful and if you like wildlife, we saw so many amazing birds of all colors, plus Scarlet Macaws and a Toucan! Squirrel, Capuchin and Howler monkeys all came by the house as well. We didn't use the pool, but it looked beautiful. Its also in the heart of town, so easy to walk to great restaurants and shops. Already planning a return for next Christmas!

Perfect location- AMAZING views!

The location was perfect! You can walk to anything you need and the views are incredible! We saw more wildlife from our balcony than any other spot we had visited. Lorenzo was super helpful and communicative throughout the process! The bus is 1 min away to get to the beaches, park etc... Tours will pick you up. Emilio's cafe right next door is awesome! The house is modern and minimal and could have a bit more cleanly detail especially with kitchen items. Bedrooms were nice with AC and storage, beds very comfortable. Definitely felt like a bare bones VRBO more then a home, but we spent most of our time on the patio or out and about and it was great!

Awesome location

2 couples stayed 4 nights at this great property. We toured around all day and had a swim at the end of every day in the spotlessly clean pool. We were visited by squirrel monkeys multiple times a day and watched the Macaws fly over. The view was spectacular! Location was excellent. loads of restaurant choices right nearby. The VRBO add listed coin opp laundry but there was none. The place was very sparsely stocked. No beach towels (although there were lots of bath towels), no kettle, very little kitchen supplies, no paper towel, no baking pans, no cookie sheets etc. Book it! But bring your own stuff.

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

I had a great stay in Manuel Antonio and would definitely recommend this beautiful property. Both Lorenzo (owner) and Hector (property manager) went out of their way to greet us, tell us about the area, arrange activities for us and provide transportation (even on short notice). The property is in a great location right next to delicious food, with amazing views of the ocean and with so much wildlife to watch from the pool deck or our porch (monkeys with their babies visited one morning and were within a couple feet of us!). We would love to go back and stay at Lorenzo's place again. Pura vida!

The VRBO was tricky to find, directions could have been a little clearer. However, host was very responsive to our texts and calls. Amazing location

This was an amazing property. The view was unreal. Monkeys visited out balcony each morning! Pool was awesome! The restaurant next door was so so so good. We were close to several great restaurants, liquor stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. We will def stay stay again
