Welcome to Neon Oasis...Palm Spring's premier destination for artistic luxury. Neon Oasis is located on a quiet street just off of HWY 111 close to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. You will be just minutes away from all of the downtown Palm Springs attractions and Mid-Century design district. This unit features one private bedroom with a huge king Sealy mattress bedroom king size bed and on suite bathroom. In addition to that there is a queen sized pull out sofa bed in the living room and another full bathroom. Great for a couple so each one has a private bathroom! There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher.
Included in our pricing is a bi weekly cleaning service, DirecTV, high speed internet, heated pool and free laundry room usage!

Neon Oasis- a very happy place!

Steve and Adam are wonderful hosts. I stayed in the Fire Coral suite for a month, and I loved it. The pool is warm, clean, and colorful. The firepit was a great place to gather with the other lovely guests and talk. Fantastic BBQ grill area and a double hammock. Fresh citrus fruit trees- very precious to eat oranges fresh off the tree. Adama and Steve are generous hosts who care that their guests have a good experience. I look forward to staying there again. Fantastic, safe, quiet location and so many cheerful 'Palm Springs' touches. I recommend the Oasis!!!

Neon Oasis is a labor of love for its hosts -a uniquely designed property that combines everything needed to relax with a creative sensibility to keep you smiling.The hosts are exceptionally intuitive at making sure guests are enjoying themselves, stepping in at times as our Palm Springs concierge with excellent recommendations we might not have discovered on our own.Best of all. the property is exceedingly dog friendly featuring a large walled garden/ pool area so our pup could roam free and feel like he was on vacation too.With only 4 units on property we found the vibe to be peaceful and neighborly with fellow renters, many of whom were repeat guests.

Adam and I have a large group of friends and we seem to make new friends with every guest that stays with us. We love sharing our space and creating great memories with every stay!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the location, the view and the outdoor space! We saw a enormous potential for a great friends and family compound. We embarked on completely revamping a dilapidated 7 bedroom motel that sat uninhabited for years. It was a labor of love and is an amazing hangout today! We will cherish and have this place for years to enjoy with our friends and family!

What makes this property unique

Great Property with plenty of parking, in a secluded quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Amazing during the day to enjoy the pool and incredible space for star gazing and enjoying the pire pit!
