Thamires was friendly, but not receiving the address (not the keycodes) when we requested it until 48 hours before check in was unhelpful. Plentiful check in instructions, and perhas all in one document/message would be easier. Nice to have some tea & coffee (no milk) available, thanks. Clean flat, a little more furniture in some bedrooms would help (eg. bedside table, hanging space or hooks, waste bins). Thamires, you may already be aware of the dripping shower in the ensuite bathroom.
