Schlechte Wegbeschreibung, keine Benennung des Cottage sichtbar. Wohnung war bei Übergabe nicht fertig. Überall Baustaub. So fein, dass man die Wohnung nicht sauber bekommt mit den Mitteln die zur Verfügung stehen. Auf den ersten Blick eine großzügige Wohnung. In der Küche viele Extras, bei Benutzung merkt man dann, dass das ein oder andere fehlte. Garten war vorhanden, jedoch nicht nutzbar, noch im Bau, sowie die Terrasse.Von der Wohnung ist man schnell in Canterbury und beim einkaufen. Direkt gegenüber ein Pub mit gutem Essen. Wanderweg direkt von der Wohnung aus.Parkplatz vorhanden.
