Enjoy a fabulous stay in this highly appointed contemporary rancher in the best location in Sun Valley. With vaulted ceilings and brand new contemporary white oak hardwood flooring throughout, this house is incredibly spacious and bright. Designed and furnished for personal use, it is extremely comfortable and cozy, equipped with high end finishings and designer furnishings.

Located on an exclusive, quiet cul de sac in the middle of the Bigwood Golf Course, directly on the fairway of the 5 par 1st hole and across the street from the 3rd hole. A 15 min walk or easy bike ride to both Ketchum and Sun Valley town centres, as well as the Symphony Pavilion. 5 minute walk to Zenergy Health Club and Spa. Less than 10 minute drive to Baldy Mountain (both River Run and Warm Springs lift access), Dollar Mountain, and Sun Valley Nordic Centre. The location doesn't get any better!

Fantastic layout, ideal for family with additional guest requirements or a group of friends. 4 bedroom (two masters + 2 guest) + living room with fireplace + fully equipped open concept kitchen with oversized island + dining area + additional cozy sitting area with second fireplace off of the kitchen + den off of the kitchen + office/library.

- 2 further guest bedrooms with built in closets and mountain views
- Bathroom with double sink RH vanity, walk in steam shower, Waterworks fixtures and hand made tiles, heated marble floors.
- Spacious open concept custom kitchen with over height vaulted ceiling. Solid Carrera marble countertops. Waterworks oversized copper farmhouse sink with pull out pro copper faucet and instant hot water. Oversized island with counter seating, Waterworks hammered nickel sink and copper faucet. Stainless Thermador pro 36", 6 burner range, dishwasher, and french door fridge. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Small appliances include coffee maker, Nespresso maker (upon request), blender, hand mixer, raclette and fondue sets. Numerous sets of dishes and dishware for entertaining.
- Large dining area with RH farmhouse table seating up to 12.
- Sunken living room with vaulted ceilings, views of Bald Mountain, french doors to outdoor patio, wood burning/gas fireplace, ShabbyChic (LA) sofas, RH brick coffee table, Samsung 65" Frame TV in living room.
- Cozy reading area in front of a second wood burning/gas fireplace off of kitchen and dining surrounded by windows to back garden.
- Separate den/sitting area with Samsung 55" Frame TV off of kitchen.
- Library with 58" Sony TV, partitioned by Rimadesio glass sliding doors.
- Laundry room with fully loaded functions/steam LG oversized washer/dryer. Access to patio and hot tub. Pro steamer, iron and ironing board, Miele rotary iron.

Another Amazing Visit

This is the 3rd time that we've returned to stay at this property. The owner and property manager are extremely responsive and helpful and the property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking or meal prep and the location is fantastic with a short bike or drive to town. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard, made use of the grill, outdoor table and couch. This comfortable and well appointed house made our stay relaxing. We'll be back again!

We had a great time at this property! Great central location. Our whole family from age 1 to 81 enjoyed our stay. Amazing stay!

The property was great for our month long stay. The location could not have been better - just a short drive to River Run or Warm Springs and could even walk into town and to the Lodge. There were lots of pretty walks right around the house too. The home itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Brenda, the property manager, was easy to reach and very responsive.

Amazing week in sun valley

Loved this place. It’s exactly as stated. Best parts: - it’s so close to the town - kids walked every night for ice cream - convenient if you are a golfer. It’s on a golf course - beautiful big kitchen with a huge island (kids sat and had their bf and lunches) - we sat outside for dinner every evening - nice hot tub - rooms are nice and spacious - loved the feel of it. Cozy. Great art in the house We would totally stay here again! Thanks.

Outstanding updated home in great location

The owner was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. We had to change our dates a couple of times and she was very flexible and helpful. In addition, the home is beautiful and in immaculate condition. Truly felt like a home away from home. The home is a short bike ride on bike trails from the center of Ketchum and the Sun Valley Resort. The location is hard to beat - very central and in a lovely setting (on a golf course). The kitchen is very well-stocked, the furnishings are high-end and the entire home feels like a primary residence rather than a seasonal rental. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely home, well appointed, great location. The previous guest left the home with a lot of damage to the house and furniture and things weren't working. Property manager very very responsive! With ski season, needed the garage door to work, driveway was really iced over, salt everywhere, no wood. Disappointing given the price.
