Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: This property is located on a working farm and was formally a traditional stone farm building set around an uneven cobbled medieval yard.. Skyber Cottage is a compact, one-bedroom retreat designed just for two. Set on one level, it provides a warm and cosy base for couples at any time of year. Entry is through a handy enclosed porch, leading into a welcoming living room with mellow pine walls and ceiling. An oak fire surround with an electric ’living’ wood burner stove adds charm, while two wingback chairs offer a relaxing spot to enjoy the Freeview TV or a DVD.
To one side is a dining alcove with a circular pine table and a large window overlooking Skyber’s private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a pocket spring mattress, feather pillows, and a warm duvet. There’s generous storage in the pine wardrobe and drawers. The modern bathroom includes a large thermostatic shower, countertop basin, and toilet.
Nestled in the peaceful countryside near St Genny’s, Old Newham Farm offers the perfect rural hideaway while keeping you close to North Cornwall’s best attractions.
