About this property
Stunning garden apartment in heart of Kensington
Wedged in a perfect location between the triumvirate of uber smart London areas of Kensington, Holland Park and Notting Hill, Hornton Street offers an unrivalled location in London. Two expansive but cosy bedrooms combine with light & bright living rooms for a very modern-feeling apartment. A peaceful garden at the rear allows for quieter moments away from the bustle of the city. Easy access from Heathrow in 30 minutes. Central London in 25 minutes. Free wifi, and a warm welcome.
Hornton Street features a very large open-plan sitting and dining area, with big windows flowing out onto the garden at the rear. The modern kitchen has all the cooking facilities you will need for entertaining guests at the six seater dining table in the sitting room. Garden doors open the room out onto a peaceful garden to provide for those more tranquil moments.
And situated along a central corridor the two bedrooms (the master is Emperor sized and the second bedroom is king sized) are both extremely spacious and light, bright and airy - and both have adjoining modern bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower.
The quiet and very private garden has a lovely wicker seating area for four people to enjoy those long summer evenings.
Kensington is one of London's prime addresses for wining and dining, and within a few minutes walk you will find many of the city's most prestigious restaurants. Whole Foods on High Street Kensington is the nearest supermarket, with a Waitrose a little further along.
And if the need arises for some green space, the property is ideally suited with the gate to beautiful Holland Park literally right next door, and the huge Hyde Park just a few minutes walk.
The nearest Tube station is High Street Kensington, just three minutes walk away.
There are numerous fantastic pubs in the area, but the always full and buzzing Elephant & Castle in the nextdoor street and is one of our very favourite London pubs.
