Great location with the beach, grocery store, a great bakery, and the tram very close by. Very responsive host, and extremely well stocked, with everything needed for a great beach day to kitchen items to linens and towels; everything we would need or want was there. And a spacious balcony for early morning coffee, to eat meals, or an evening drink. Would definitely stay again.

Terrific apartment. Very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. There's always some small detail that could be improved, but that would be absolute nitpicking. Overall, everything was wonderful.

Our family loved this apartment. Close to the ocean, bakeries, two grocery stores, public transit, it was great. We ate our meals outside on the balcony over looking the pool as it filled up for the season. We ate breakfast and a few dinners at the apartment, they had everything we needed to cook. Could have used a rail for the top bunk. The hosts were so nice. Lots of tips when we checked in. A great place to stay in Nice.

Location was excellent. Host attention was very good. Air Conditionning was very poor. We had to sleep without any cover and even though we sweated during the night. The apartment had odor from spices. The description about the amenities was not good regarding the Bathroom. It only had 1 bathroom split in 2 different rooms: one with the shower and a sink y the other one with the toilet and a tiny sink.

L'appartement est très joli avec sa grande terasse donnant sur la piscine, très pratique, super bien équipé, organisé et confortable. L'air conditionné fonctionne très bien. L'emplacement est idéal à deux pas de l'épicerie, des commerces, de la Promenade des anglais ainsi que de la magnifique plage. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles si on a des questions. Aucun point négatif. Je recommande fortement cette location.
