No key box number was sent through, we were outside the property for 40 minutes, trying to ring host- no answer . Then sent 3 messages, before they finally responded with the key box number. Ruined the start of the break. The railway line in the back garden just about finished us off. Trains went on until 1.30 am and then morning trains started at 5.30am , very little sleep had. The garden/yard was very unkempt with weeds everywhere and broken fences through to the neighbours. There is a sewage smell in the hallway and downstairs toilet and half of the electric plug sockets do not work. Very disappointed, this was my first Vrbo booking and my last !!!
