Built in the beginning of the 20th century the villa Magnolia 'Orsi' has been recently renovated to a high standard, with great care to ensure the villa stays true to its original style and the flair of the past era preserved. Ancient frescoes have been unveiled, stylistic inconsistencies removed, and then all the modern amenities have been added to make sure your stay will be as stylish and comfortable as possible.

The grand, three story villa (450 m²) accommodates up to 10 people in 6 bedrooms:
- Entering the ground floor by the elegant stairs and hallway you’ll find a cozy living room with fire place, piano and very large TV with surround sound system, a unique conservatory sitting area with colored stained glass windows, a dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Toilet.
- The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms (a large suite and 2 bedrooms with double bed) and 2 bathrooms (a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a smaller bathroom with shower). A large terrace with deck chairs and parasols offer space for relaxing afternoons in the shade.
- The second floor is also composed of 3 bedrooms (a large suite, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with large single bed), and 2 bathrooms (a large bathroom with antique free-standing tub and walk-in shower and a smaller bathroom with shower).
- On the basement floor you’ll find a wine fridge, stocked with a selection of red and white wines (available for purchase), and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Villa Magnolia is surrounded by a 3400m² private park featuring a Mediterranean garden with cypress and palm trees, orange and lemon trees, a romantic gazebo and ample space for fun activities, games and places to relax. The lovely pool area with the large swimming pool is completed by parasols and comfortable sun loungers.

The property is ideally situated along the lakeside promenade in front of the Cannero Riviera’s harbor on Lake Maggiore. Everything in this charming village is conveniently situated within walking distance of the villa, from the cobbled streets in the small center with nice restaurants and shops, to the sunny beach where several watersport activities are available. You can hop on a ferry boat and explore Lago Maggiore and its fascinating islands from Italy to Switzerland. Nearby are the towns of Cannobio (7 km) and Verbania (13 km), or even Ascona and Locarno (23 km) in Switzerland. Visit nearby the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta and enjoy walking in the nearby mountains and valleys.
