On entering the cottage, you are welcomed into the dining room, with a natural flagstone floor which is seamlessly linked with the sitting room and the kitchen, boasting a wonderful circular, natural stone dining table and six chairs. The window to the front floods the room with light and the double-sided wood burning stove is shared with the sitting room beyond. Also downstairs is a funky downstairs loo, tucked away off the dining room through a sliding door. Off the central landing on the first floor is the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and a window looking out to the view behind the cottage. The chic shower room is tiled in marble with a large walk in shower. A pretty garden has a gravelled area to the front of the cottage and a paved terrace to the side with seating, a fire pit and planting which naturally softens the landscaping. There is a garden shed, perfect for storing bicycles or surf boards if you are of a more adventurous nature and there is parking for two cars, as well as an EV charger.
