Although the layout of the house is a little unusual, it has everything you need for a perfect vacation with friends or family. We loved how each room provided one or more large beds. The back deck is beautiful to gather for happy hour or watch the sunrise in the morning. Early in the week we had an issue with the hot water heater, but it was fixed the following day. The Rental Company was pretty quick to reply to my emails. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and serving pieces. Unfortunately both propane tanks were empty when we attempted to grill, so we had to purchase one and just left it for the next renters to use. Be warned, the house does have a lot of stairs. There are a couple of baby gates available if needed. Overall, we were very happy with the Cookie House and look forward to staying here again.
