Owner was not reliable/readily available. Also, the room that led to the front door smelled horribly. Lastly, we booked for 10 days and got 2 towels and 1 dish towel in total.

The property itself was great, and I have to highlight how incredibly friendly and communicative the host was throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the only negative aspect was the noise coming from the apartment above. While I completely understand that having children can sometimes mean extra noise, it was quite disruptive to hear running and loud activity at very late hours (around 2–3 a.m.), when most people are trying to sleep. This happened repeatedly throughout our stay, even after we knocked on their door. Overall, the accommodation was nice, but the lack of quiet at night significantly affected our ability to get a good night’s sleep, which is an important part of the experience.

The apartment was conveniently located near a local market, restaurants, and subway. Negatives: cleanliness of shower, previous guest food in freezer, kitchen appliances dirty. The issues we mainly had were with the owners. When we arrived, they were gracious enough to allow us to place our bags in the apartment while they cleaned. The attendant showed us which key went to which door but, not how to use the key. It is a skeleton key and the door is hard open. It took us a long time standing in the hallway and my friend reaching out to the owners. The gentleman was less than friendly. We then had no hot water, WiFi, or tv signal. We had to be at a ticketed tour at 9am. We contacted the host and clearly stated that we had headed out for the day but, had no hot water or WiFi signal. He told us we just didn’t know how to work the water and that we could boil water on the stove. We had taken ice cold showers. He told us that you had to wait 20 minutes between showers. No big deal but, we never had any hot water. He told us that if he sent someone out there to fix it and it wasn’t broken we had to pay the bill. It was a breaker not our incompetence. The host called my friend yelling at her for leaving the apartment while he sent a technician. He was so mean and awful that my friend was in tears. It ruined her whole day. He called us horrible tenants. We never had WiFi and had to pay extra fees but, it was better than being verbally abused by the host. Horrible experience, very rude

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points that we believe are inaccurate and unfairly represented in your review. First, we accommodated your early arrival by allowing you to leave your luggage in the apartment while cleaning was being completed, as a courtesy. We also personally explained the keys and access to the apartment. The entrance door is an original door typical of the building and requires a specific technique, which was demonstrated during check-in. Regarding the hot water, the apartment has a standard water heater system with limited capacity, which is clearly explained to guests. We immediately offered assistance and sent technical support to verify the issue. The technician confirmed that the system was functioning correctly. Concerning the WiFi and TV, there were temporary connectivity issues in the area that were outside of our control, but we remained available to assist throughout your stay. We are especially disappointed by the accusations regarding our behavior. At no point was there any intention to disrespect or mistreat anyone. We always communicated in an attempt to solve the situation as quickly as possible while also coordinating access for maintenance. We value all guest feedback, but we also believe reviews should reflect the situation fairly and accurately. Fortunately, the vast majority of our guests appreciate both the apartment and the service we provide.

Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Super Kommunikation. Einfacher Check in ohne Probleme. Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen. Nur ca 10 min zu Fuß zum Arc de trionf Von dort aus kommt man überall hin. Ob zu Fuß oder per Metro. Wohnung ist top. Sauber und alles nötige vorhanden. Aufzug im Gebäude ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles einfach und unkompliziert so macht es Spaß Danke

Hemos parado en el piso por 4 noches. El punto favorable es la ubicación para recorrer los puntos históricos. El espacio es amplio y tiene todos los accesorios de cocina. Como negativa resaltamos que no estaba limpio correctamente, el baño, sillon lleno de pelos y migas, platos mal lavados y dimos aviso de que la persiana del comedor esta rota y no se cierra, (lo cual es incómodo, de noche se ve todo de un edificio al otro) y que la puerta de la mampara del baño esta rota por completo y no se puede abrir/cerrar. Antonio nos comento que de la persiana ya sabía, y que de la mampara no estaba enterado. Ojalá pueda solucionar todo para los próximos!

Das Apartment ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Küche ist groß und bietet ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Das Bett bequem. Die Lage ist gut und nur wenige Meter vom Nord Bahnhof. Das einchecken war etwas holprig, da der Host nicht erreichbar. Am Besten vorher mehrfach den Host kontaktieren.
