Absolutely wonderful holiday at this beautiful house. It’s comfortable, well equipped with kitchen equipment, books and games, spotlessly clean, enough space for everyone in our group to relax, and stunning sea views from the garden. Walkable to the beach and a 15-20 min walk along the cliffs or sand into town. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. We have stayed here multiple times before and it has never disappointed, we will be back!

Very clean and good furnished cottage. Good kitchen and lot of space. Lovely and silent. Friendly and careful owner. We loved to stay there with our mom. The surrounding is very peaceful. We will definitely come back again.

This property had breathtaking views from the sunroom, the master bathroom, and the master bedroom through the French doors. The location for hiking along the coastal path was perfect! One of the real treats was swimming in the Bude Sea Pool which was a wonderful hike right from our home. (Mini, the lifeguard, at this beach was so informative and charming!) Also, when the tide was out for the "Spring Tide", it was great walking along the beach. Sunsets were outstanding both from this home and hiking a short distance up the hill to the Coastal path. The three of us loved eating in the sunroom for most of our meals except when we ate outside on the picnic table. Sea and Sip run by Emily had the best double chocolate ice cream which we enjoyed after every hike! We appreciate the quiet and solitude which gave us a wonderful holiday! Nick, the owner, was always so helpful and communicative! Thank you for the great home you shared with us!

We had a wonderful stay at the Breakers, the location is stunning!

Incredibly easy access to the coastal path as well as having Northcott Mouth beach on your doorstep were definite plusses. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the living room was straight out of a postcard. The sheep in the adjacent field were a constant source of fun for the younger kids. In fact they thought the owners had arranged for them to pop by and say hello when we first arrived! Bude, just a couple of miles away, offered everything you might need on a vacation. We enjoyed the beaches, the huge outdoor pool on the beach, tried our hand at rowing on the canal and the kids had amazing fun playing on all the kid friendly amenities in the town. What topped it all off? The hosts. Right from booking Philippa and Nick were extremely responsive, helpful and really friendly throughout the stay. Our sincere thanks to both of them!
