Both floors feature a large open-plan living/dining area with a kitchen and a central island. The well-equipped kitchens include a dishwasher, kettle, French-style coffee maker, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and induction cooktop.
On the ground floor, outside, there's a large terrace with an outdoor dining area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining overlooking the enclosed private garden. Adjacent to the villa, nestled in the greenery, is a separate area perfect for dining or barbecuing.
