Fairstead Cottage, Holt, Norfolk

Fairstead Cottage is a three bedroom bright and airy semi detached cottage, located in the centre of Holt and just a short drive from some of Norfolk's finest beaches. The cottage is the perfect family getaway with an enclosed private garden and parking, as well as a garden play house and outdoor chess board to keep guests of all ages amused.

The cottage is approached through the pretty front garden. Inside, the bright double aspect dining room has a large table and seating for six, and opens out into the spacious sitting room overlooking the garden at the rear. It is very welcoming and cosy, with wooden floors, rugs, and comfortable furniture which is ideal for a family evening of board games, reading a good book and relaxing during the winter months. The galley kitchen is well equipped and includes a utility area and larder and a door to the garden. Off the kitchen you will also find the bathroom which features a bath with a shower over, and a separate WC and wash basin adjacent.

On the first floor, the master bedroom overlooks the garden and has a king-size four poster bed. There is also a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a double lower bunk and single upper, plus a travel cot available in the alcove of the twin room, making it a flexible choice for families and friends. Outside, the generous sized private garden is fully enclosed and surrounds the cottage. The front is laid to lawn with a patio area, Wendy house and pathway. The charming garden at the rear also has a patio area, a large garden table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, and an outdoor chess board. A barbecue is also available for use, and there is parking for three cars.
