It really isn't a great location. Surprisingly it's slow soundproofed as long as you closed the doors and windows. The season I was in didn't have any extreme weather so I can't attest to any temperature issues. It's right above Pink Street and you can look out the window and see it. They seem to have adjusted to many of the other reviews and have very clear instructions for how to operate the locks and lock boxes and basic controls and were very responsive to questions ahead during my stay which were admittedly minimal. It's a great location and pretty clean and modern.
