We had a wonderful stay at this delightful home. The location is great, close to a Publix grocery, the downtown arts area and 10 minutes from the beaches. The backyard is peaceful and with a great covered patio( which we used in the rain!) Although we didn't use it there's a nice hot tub as well. The hosts are generous with treats and the home was well appointed and comfortable. We had a great stay!
The host was amazing, quick to respond and very accommodating. House was spotless. There was a very nice welcome basket of coffee, creamers, pastries to get us started.
Emilio was so responsive and helpful pre-trip. The place is great with bonus outdoor space. One of the nicest things were all the little touches throughout the house that made us feel like welcome guests right away. Recommend?
Emilio and Rosie were very welcoming and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked, laundry in the garage was handy, and plenty of beach equipment available to borrow too! Quiet neighborhood and beautiful backyard for relaxing with a book or in the hot tub. Highly recommend!
We were in town for a work event and the house had everything we needed. House is clean and convenient to downtown. Emilio is great with communication and provided a comfortable stay for the week. We will be back next year!
The house is exactly as described! The pictures showcase the house exactly how it is: the hot tub, brand new gas grill, fire pit, kitchen set up, plenty of towels, and more. I was quite pleased with the property - we've been coming to visit family for the past 5 years and this is by far the best place we've stayed and I will definitely book again. Laundry in the garage was super easy and convenient. The hot tub was great and the backyard was wonderful. Emilio is super responsive and very hospitable. He left us kitchen staples that came in handy since we didn't arrive until later in the evening - eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, panatone, and more!! Left us dog treats and poop bags, and dog bowls, too! I felt welcomed into someone's house, not just a rental house. He was considerate and responded right away to my questions. There is plenty of parking, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, too. There was a lot of beach-going supplies, though we didn't make it to the beach. There was a beach wagon, chairs, kids toys -- if we come back in the summer time, we'll definitely use that. Loved having a garage, it was nice as we bring fishing gear and a kayak. Very conveniently located to downtown, short drive to Bayfront park, and all the places we needed to go during our stay!

My name is Emilio, 100% Italian all my life working for hospitality. I’ve always been a chef and owner of a restaurant but I’ve also worked in a hotel. I know perfectly how to give a great service.. I will do everything to offer you an unforgettable holiday. I love walking in the morning with my dogs and discovering that every day life is wonderful. See you soon.
Why they chose this property
It's an evolving, eccentric, old-fashioned neighborhood. It has a charm all its own; there are still older, well-maintained houses and newer, million-dollar homes. A block closer to downtown, it would have been impossible for me to buy a house like this. The neighborhood is central to Sarasota's hot spots. 1 mile from Wholefoods or Publix, 5 minutes to downtown pubs and restaurants. 10 minutes to St. Armand's and Lido Key, 15 minutes to Siesta Key, 5 mins to SRQ Airport! Everything is a short drive away. The neighborhood is part of a transforming historic community in the process of revitalization. It's laid back vibes gives you a feel of being in a tropical country without stepping foot outside of the US!
What makes this property unique
It's a new house, one of five identical houses...riding your bike downtown on a Saturday morning must be really nice.
